Policy Experience

Over a decade of policy advisory work. Consultancy for the World Bank, the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies, the EU Democracy Observatory, and the European Training Foundation. Work with the International Centre for Migration Policy Development was instrumental in facilitating Georgia’s visa-free travel regime to the Schengen area (effective since 2017).
